Written By: Victoria H. (Urban Editor)An investigation is underway at Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in Atlantic City after a video surfaced showing several bouncers and event staff attacking two male patrons in the club’s parking lot.
It was reported by club security that the men had acted inappropriately in the club, but the victims dispute the claim saying they did nothing wrong inside or outside of the club.
Police are reviewing the video and will file charges against the bouncers and event staff for what is being described as a brutal attack against two men who are clearly outnumbered and can not defend themselves.
A representative for the 40/40 club said that "we can't comment on the fight. We are doing our own investigation in addition to the police investigation. It's really in the hands of the police at this point. The 40/40 club has never had anything like this happen before and we take the safety of our patrons seriously."
